No threat in Lebanon Pike parking lot after police investigate suspicious object | Messages


NASHVILLE (WSMV) – Metro Police have determined that the suspicious object in parking lot 3161 Lebanon Pike is not a threat.

According to the police, the object was in front of the Office Depot. The object was not a bomb and there was nothing in the pot.

The police are evaluating the surveillance video of the parking lot. It is unclear whether the stores will reopen.

Police responded to reports of a suspicious pressure cooker in the parking lot next to an iHome speaker. The two objects were connected with a wire and both were in the parking lot.

Police also said a man went into the office depot and reported that the items looked suspicious around 1 p.m.

Anything aimed at an affordable pharmacy has been evacuated.

The largest robot in the MNPD bomb squad had previously searched the pressure cooker for X-rays.
